WHAT IS GOLD VERMEIL?
Gold vermeil (pronounced "ver-may") features a solid sterling silver base coated with a thick layer of gold. It offers the look and feel of solid gold at a more affordable price, making it a durable alternative to standard gold-plated jewelry that often uses cheaper base metals like brass or copper and uses only the thinnest layer of gold-plating. Our jewelry is ONLY made using precious metals.
HOW DO I ATTACH MORE CHARMS TO MY BRACELET OR NECKLACE?
Email us ( hello@thefete.com ) and we will send you a shipping label to mail your item back to us. We will attach the new charm(s) and send it right back to you.
HELP! MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
If you believe your jewelry has a defect you may return it to us at any time within the first six-months after purchase. We will repair or replace your jewelry as deemed appropriate if the damage is due to a manufacturing error. Please note this does not cover normal wear & tear, cuts and scratches. Email us at hello@thefete.com to begin your repair. If your piece has broken outside of the warranty period, please send us an email and we will assess the cost of fixing and/or replacing it on a case-by-case basis.
